I'm in my mid-forties and started taking flamenco classes at Solo Flamenco a year ago.  It is one of the most mind-opening gifts I have ever given tomyself.  Laurena's engaging and thorough classes challenge me mentally, physically, and musically.  The first time I came to class, I was too shy todo anything but observe.
